The Turd Arrested Again!!!!

BRADDOCK - Sheriff's deputies arrested a city man who allegedly smeared his feces over the walls of an ATM vestibule in May after the machine would not dispense more than $20.

Deputies yesterday charged Oliver Jonathan Blair III, 42, of 26 Main St., with two misdemeanors for defecating into his hands and rubbing the feces over the walls of an ATM at the First Bank of Braddock at 300 Main St., said Deputy Peter Driscoll, head of the department's property crimes unit.

Security cameras recorded the incident, and police narrowed the suspects to Blair by checking the machine's withdrawal records, Driscoll said.

Blair was being held on $1,000 bond last night and could not be reached for comment.

Bank officials hired a professional cleaning company after they discovered the vandalism early May 12, police said.

He apparently became frustrated when the machine repeatedly denied his request to withdraw more than $20, Driscoll said. Blair did not have enough money in his account to cover a larger withdrawal because of late fees and an overdraft, Driscoll said.

Deputies arrested Blair at his house yesterday on an arrest warrant and charged him with second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. He was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Dallas in late July, deputies said.
